About this space
Designed to look like a modern downtown apartment, the Interior Set is a highly aesthetic space for lifestyle content and interviews. The room is fully pre-lit and pre-wired for immediate recording without the hassle of renting outside gear.
Production Packages
Independent (Base Rate): Rent the room and operate the standard hardware yourself.
Tech Support Add-on: Hire a dedicated operator to live-edit the episode and monitor the Rodecaster board, allowing you to focus entirely on interviewing your guest.
Total Production Add-on: Book our two-person team. They provide a pre-shoot consultation, configure the furniture, supply a teleprompter, manage the file uploads, and grant access to a private green room and two parking spots.
Included Hardware
We do not charge extra for the built-in cameras or mics. The set features a Sony FX3, two Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K G2s, four Shure SM7B dynamic mics, and twin Aputure 300D lights.
General Guidelines
Occupancy: 7 guests total, 4 active speakers.
Media Collection: Opt for our digital upload add-on, or supply your own hard drives (1TB SSD plus a 32GB micro SD for HD; three 512GB SanDisk V30 SDs plus a 32GB micro SD for 4K).
Schedule & Extras: Target 8 AM to 5 PM for premium daylight. Outside catering is permitted, and internet access is available upon arrival.
Prices
The Self-Service Option is perfect for teams that prefer to bring their own production crew. It includes access to the studio, fully equipped and set to our standard configuration. We will provide a quick 10-minute orientation at the start of your booking and leave you to it!
Hassle-Free Option (Add-On) $200/hr
With the Hassle-Free Option, an on-site technician will handle the setup, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot any issues during your session. This option also includes live editing, delivering a polished HD video file within one day.
Custom Production Package (Add-On) $445/hr
The Custom Production Package offers full flexibility to tailor your session to your unique needs while also optimizing. Customize lighting, furniture, props, camera angles, and more for a personalized production experience. A professional videographer and audio engineer will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additional perks include access to a green room, complimentary set changes, free parking, and a snack bar to make your session even more enjoyable.

If using our equipment you will need:
Video:
- 3 SD cards (1 card for each camera) of at least 128gb.
If you will be shooting for longer than 2 hours in 4K, we highly recommend 256gb.
Audio:
- 1 Micro SD card for audio files. 16gb OR 32gb.
(Sandisk SD cards are highly recommended).
