About this space
Our gallery features a pristine white space with cement floors, perfect for a variety of events. It has hosted dozens of successful shows, pop-ups, meetups, sound baths, and listening parties. Housed in a classic NY-style brownstone storefront, the venue spans approximately 1,000 sq ft with impressive 14 ft ceilings.
A loft area provides a unique view of the space, and the facility includes a bathroom with a sink. Additionally, there is a back office area available for administrative use. The space offers convenient front and back entrances.

General Rules:
Respect Neighbors: Avoid noise disturbances.
Prohibited: No PA systems, illegal activities (including drugs and illegal internet use), smoking inside (outdoor only; $250 fee if discovered inside), weapons, or damage.
Responsibility: Inform us of any damages and arrange repairs. Return all keys. Use wifi responsibly; no illegal activities.
Risk: Use property and amenities at your own risk.
Agreement:
Binding: This is a legally binding agreement between the Guest and the Rental Agent.
Occupancy: Only [Pre-Approved amount] persons allowed.
Property Use: Residential use only. Keep property clean and undamaged. Avoid disturbing neighbors.
Default: Failure to comply may result in losing the deposit and legal costs.
Indemnification: Guest assumes all risk for personal property and agrees to indemnify Rental Agent for any claims.
Release: Waive claims against Rental Agent for injuries or death.
Inspection: Rental Agent may enter with notice or in emergencies.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California. The words “Rental Agent" and “Guest" shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Notices must be written and sent to the provided contact info. Digital signatures, booking confirmations, or entering the premises count as valid signatures.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Show Gallery is an art gallery and artist residency program, located in the heart of Hollywood that showcases local and international contemporary artists. Show Gallery is the brainchild of platinum-selling recording artist, Poe, and John Gheur, award-winning agency founder of Signature Creative.
Ideally located just off Sunset Plaza and West Hollywood, in the iconic rock and roll area of the Sunset Strip, this Art Gallery is a true gem. A short stroll down Laurel Canyon leads you to the Show Gallery.
Featuring a New York-style brownstone aesthetic with impressive 14-foot ceilings, this gallery offers approximately 950 square feet of versatile space, including a mezzanine and a rear area. It also includes one bathroom and a dedicated parking space at the back.
