Our New York Style Industrial Converted Garage Studio features an open space with 20 ft exposed ceilings, concrete floors, and concrete walls, providing a simple and clean setting. It has a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a makeup/dressing room for added convenience. The design is Bohemian, with a mix of cozy and industrial vibes, perfect for small gatherings, photoshoots, or film production.
Natural light fills the room through large windows, and there's a spacious patio for outdoor use. Wardrobe racks and a clothing steamer are included, making it easy to prepare for shoots or events. Load-in and load-out are hassle-free, with no stairs or elevators.
With a massive dining room table and plenty of props, this venue is well-equipped for events and product photography. The combination of functional elements and a creative setting makes it flexible for various types of productions or small, intimate gatherings.
