This space is for you if:

FFeatures include adjustable track lighting to highlight your work or create the perfect ambiance, along with plenty of natural light during the day. The space offers street-level access and is conveniently located near various dining options and cafés. There are available art studios for shooting, each unique in shape and size, which are yours to use if vacant. The adaptable layout features moving walls, allowing you to customize the space as needed.

A comfortable green room is available for event preparation or as a private retreat. The venue includes two well-maintained bathrooms and a cozy lounge area for relaxation. Additional speakers and tools can be rented for an extra fee, and ample chairs and tables are provided for your event setup. For easy load-in, there is front access through double doors.

Please note that our space does not have an elevator.

Arrival Instructions:

Someone will be there to let you into the building and provide a key fob. If you lose the key fob, there is a $30 fee for replacement.
Please be on time. If you are running more than 30 minutes late, please let us know. No-shows will forfeit their deposits.
Cleaning Process:

All trash must be put in 13-gallon trash bags; larger bags won't fit in the trash chute.
Unlimited recycling is available.
Headcount:

Maximum capacity: 150 people. For larger groups, please reach out!

Our dynamic and versatile art space located in the heart of the Downtown Historic Core! Our 5000 sq ft space is perfect for a variety of events: from art exhibitions and photo shoots, to private parties and corporate meetings, our space offers a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal!
