Host rules

Prohibited Activities. Campus is a smoke-free facility and Licensee may not, under any circumstance, smoke within twenty-five (25) feet of any entrances and/or air intake areas. No food or drink is allowed outside of the amphitheater, break room, kitchen, training centers, boardroom, and/or conference/meeting room.

Provisions and Prohibited Materials. LACI does not provide china, glassware, silverware or tablecloths, nor does it provide use of the freezer, stove, or dishwashing services. Tape, nails and tacks may not be used on the walls. Confetti, rice, rose petals, birdseed, fireworks, sparklers, candles, glitter and artificial fog are not allowed.

Parking. Attendant will be on duty during time of the event to collect the standard daily parking rate of $10 per vehicle. Validations may be purchased in advance with the execution of this contract at a rate of $10 per vehicle.

Noise Restrictions and Conduct. Loitering, disparaging remarks, physical violence or illegal activities will not be tolerated. All singing, live or recorded music, or similar amplified sound must be pre-approved in writing by LACI’s events team. Licensee must supply their own sound equipment. All music must end by 9:00PM. If LACI reasonably determines that the noise level is excessive, upon request by LACI, Licensee shall immediately reduce the volume. Conduct deemed disorderly and/or noise levels deemed excessive, at the sole discretion of LACI, shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the License Area and the conclusion of the License. In such event Licensee shall not be entitled to any refund of the License Fee.

Time Boundaries and Penalties. Campus must be vacated by 10:00PM and Licensee must ensure that cleanup is complete by that time. For every 30 minutes that the Licensee remains on Campus after 10:00PM, LACI will assess a fee of $100.
