The Main Room is an expansive, versatile space that covers 11,900 square feet, offering endless possibilities for event programming. With its polished concrete floors and 18' 6 h to rigging points, the room is perfect for large-scale productions, branding events, or creative setups. The vast walls are ideal for projections, custom paint, and other production elements, while the large elephant door (12’ W x 12’ H) allows easy access for loading in equipment.
This flexible space can accommodate up to 800 guests and is supported by a 1200 amp, 3-phase power system, making it well-equipped for both intimate gatherings and major events. Multiple tech rooms and green rooms are available to ensure a seamless experience for all productions, while an integrated track lighting system with DMX control allows for a customizable lighting setup.
Additionally, the venue offers a fully equipped commercial kitchen, making it ideal for catering large events. The main room also connects to outdoor areas that can be activated for indoor-outdoor events, providing extra space for expanded gatherings.

Allowed events
Host rules
1. Catering and audiovisual services must be provided exclusively through the venue.
2. Clients are prohibited from using any adhesive materials on the venue floors.
3. All production plans must be submitted to and approved by the venue management at least 7 days in advance.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
5. The minimum renting hours are 14h per day for all spaces except "The Cinema room".
