The Lounge and Boardroom offers a stylish yet functional space with a capacity of 125 guests. It features retractable accordion glass doors that seamlessly open up to the outdoor space, creating a versatile indoor/outdoor environment. With its integrated sound system, oak wood floors, and organic finishes, the lounge sets the perfect ambiance for pre- and post-event receptions, complemented by an espresso bar featuring Lamill Coffee.
For more intimate gatherings or meetings, the boardroom offers seating for up to 20 people, equipped with an 80” monitor, HDMI, and power outlets conveniently placed within the table. The boardroom’s glass pocket door allows for a seamless connection to the lounge, making it ideal for events that require both a formal meeting space and a relaxed lounge atmosphere.

Host rules
1. Catering and audiovisual services must be provided exclusively through the venue.
2. Clients are prohibited from using any adhesive materials on the venue floors.
3. All production plans must be submitted to and approved by the venue management at least 7 days in advance.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
5. The minimum renting hours are 14h per day for all spaces except "The Cinema room".
