The main event space accommodates up to 800 guests with polished concrete floors and walls ready for projections. Additional spaces include a 20-seat boardroom and a 125-person lounge, which features retractable doors for an indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for receptions. Each area is equipped with modern amenities, offering flexibility and sophistication for any occasion.
The venue also includes rooftop parking with stunning views of the Hollywood skyline, providing convenience for guests. nya studios ensures a customizable, high-end experience with its expansive layout and top-tier technology.

Allowed events
Host rules
1. Catering and audiovisual services must be provided exclusively through the venue.
2. Clients are prohibited from using any adhesive materials on the venue floors.
3. All production plans must be submitted to and approved by the venue management at least 7 days in advance.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
5. The minimum renting hours are 14h per day for all spaces except "The Cinema room".
