- Construction, including any activities that may damage paint or walls, such as drilling, hammering, or using nails, is strictly prohibited.

- All music and gatherings must remain indoors; outdoor parties are not allowed.
- Furniture may be rearranged, but it must be returned to its original position before the booking ends. Please seek permission before moving any items.
- Please ensure all trash is removed at the end of your event. A large bin is conveniently located outside the storefront for disposal.
