Whether you’re hosting auditions, meetings, film or photo shoots, classes, rehearsals, gallery exhibitions, or social events, this venue can be tailored to meet your needs. Natural light fills the space through large front windows, which can be covered as needed. The space comes equipped with up to 60 folding chairs, studio lights, tables, backdrops, Wi-Fi, and various other furnishings like a loveseat and office chairs.
In addition to the essentials, this venue offers a backstage area for dressing or as a breakout space, a sound system, coffee makers, a mini fridge, and even an Instagram wall for social media moments. For an extra fee, you can access a projector, microphones, or a Yeti recording mic. A restroom is available, and the entire studio is street-level with easy access. There is ample street parking, with two reserved spots available upon request.
Located just three blocks from the Gold Metro Line, the venue is surrounded by restaurants, stores, theatres, and community spaces, making it a convenient and vibrant setting for creative and professional gatherings.

Host rules
1. Restore the space to its original condition.
2. Turn off all equipment (A/C, lights, mixing boards) when leaving.
3. No alcohol sales.
4. Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items removed by the end of your booking.
5. Please tidy up your stuff after your event.
6. Remove all items brought in, and factor setup/teardown time into your booking.
7. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file.
8. Notify us in advance if you need to move furniture.
9. No smoking, glitter, confetti, open flames, or frying allowed.
10. No cooking that creates a lot of smoke.

The front windows bring in natural light, which can be adjusted or blocked out as needed. The venue is conveniently located just three blocks from the Gold Metro Line, providing easy access to nearby restaurants, stores, theatres, and community spaces.
