Please ensure the space is respected and left in the same condition it was found. Renters are fully responsible for any damages incurred.

Please be mindful that your booking time includes both setup and cleanup. Arriving before or staying beyond your reserved time is not permitted. Crews must complete all activities and begin cleaning at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time to ensure a timely exit. Overtime charges will apply for any additional time.

The space features an open layout with movable furniture, a stage, and two large TVs (65” and 75”). Amenities include Wi-Fi, a private restroom, and a cozy lounge.

Your booking includes a stage, mounted TVs with streaming services, a bar table, various folding tables, 50 chairs, lounge seating, and a dolly for load-in and load-out. For an additional fee, you can access a PA system, extra folding chairs and more. With its prime location and unique vibe, our studio is the perfect setting for your next event in one of L.A.'s most eclectic communities.
