• No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
• No burning of candles.
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
• Productions must provide valid filming permits before let into location.
• All production with a crew of 50 or more require licensed and bonded security.
• Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
• No parking on the street where not permitted, and no blocking neighbors driveways even for a short period of time.
• No one allowed over the max crew size number without written permission from owner.
• Producer is responsible for and shall remove all trash and debris from the location at the conclusion of of project.
• No glue or tape on the walls that might damage paint. Only the proper type of tape is allowed that won't do any damage.
• Producer will place lay-out board and /or furniture padding in the exterior areas where there will be heavy foot traffic and where equipment will be placed.
• Large events require hired security.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
• No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
