Looking for a filming location for your next production? House of Light offers a bright, open layout with vintage decor. It includes a master and guest bedroom, one full restroom, a lavatory, and a laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island, connecting to a living room with a velvet couch and a dining room with an 8-person oak wood table.
The patio is enclosed by a cedar fence, and the backyard offers privacy with tall trees and a deck with pavers. This blend of bright indoor spaces and outdoor areas makes it an ideal setting for both film shoots and photography.

Host rules
• No adult filming.
• No smoking allowed on the premises.
• No pets are allowed unless previously cleared with venue manager.
• Please do not wear high heels while walking around the house to prevent floor damage. However, it's fine to wear them for photoshoots or filming, as long as they don't harm the floors.
• If you have any lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please put tennis balls on the stand legs or appropriate mats/floor coverings.
• If you need to move the furniture, please make sure you bring appropriate furniture wraps to protect the furniture and floors.
• No shooting in front of neighbor’s homes or on our block street without a permit.
• The crew and cast may congregate inside the house or in the backyard, but not in front of the house at any time.
• If you have more than one bag of trash, please kindly take your trash with you.

House of Light, located near Centinela Creek Channel and just minutes away from beach cities and the 405 freeway, offers a quiet setting for production purposes. The venue provides tandem parking in the driveway, free street parking in front of the house, and a multi-story paid parking lot just a 2-minute walk away. For added security, a camera is installed near the garage.
Ideal for film shoots, photography, and other production needs, this location offers both convenience and privacy in a serene environment.
