Host rules

1. No smoking inside (outdoor smoking allowed).
2. Nudity is allowed, but no adult filming.
3. No pets allowed without an additional fee.
4. Setup and teardown must be included in the booking time.
5. No painting or nailing into walls without approval.
6. Guests must remove all equipment and trash by the end of the booking.
7. Doors must be locked upon departure.
8. Production insurance is required.
9. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to their original place. Any damage is the responsibility of the renter.
10. Smoke and haze machines are allowed with precautions to avoid triggering alarms.
11. Do not tamper with or remove security cameras without approval.

14. Fridges may be unplugged but must be restored immediately after use.
15. Heat and AC can be used but should be turned off after the booking.
16. Remove all trash, recycling, and compost by the end of the booking.
17. If filming at night, ensure lighting does not spill onto neighboring properties.
18. Equipment and personnel must stay within the property lines.
19. The renter is responsible for obtaining necessary city permits for events or productions.
