About this space
Our venue has a clean, modern look with plain white walls and high ceilings, making it feel open and airy. The large windows let in plenty of natural light. The simple layout features a platform in the middle of the room, perfect for showcasing art, presentations, or performances. Host rules
No smoking inside the building.
No raves.
No loud music past 11pm.
If providing food, food preparation and cooking must occur outside the building.
If providing alcohol, proper licenses and/or bartending services are the Client’s responsibility.
No open alcoholic drinks in front of the building.
The Client agrees to clean up the venue and return it to the same condition it was received in by the end of the reservation period, unless otherwise agreed to by the Venue.
The Client agrees to place keys back into lockboxes and lock up the venue at the end of the reservation period.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is allowed.
Ticketed events are allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
