Welcome to one of Los Angeles' most affordable and inspiring studios! This 1,400 sq ft industrial loft offers a spacious open floor plan with stunning downtown views and natural light pouring through expansive windows—ideal for photo and video shoots, as well as any creative project.
Our studio features all the amenities to make your session seamless, including high-speed Wi-Fi, two private restrooms with changing areas, a private kitchen, and dedicated makeup and relaxation spaces. Fashion shoots are perfectly accommodated with an 11ft mirror, clothing rack, and steamer, while the fire escape adds a unique backdrop for street photography.
