Amenities include a brand-new kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (with pods), glassware, serving ware, a hot/cold water station, and a small dining table. A private bathroom offers top-quality fixtures and a full-length mirror for convenience.
The front area houses a mobile HMU station with multiple outlets and USB ports, three directors’ chairs, a lounge, and a changing area. High-speed 600mb WiFi, a 3-ton mini-split AC, and a WiFi sound system compatible with Spotify and other platforms complete the studio's modern, functional setup.

- Furnishings not mounted/installed permanently can be moved around as preferred and returned as found at wrap.
- There is no smoking or vaping allowed within the unit.
- Outside food and beverages are welcome, we just ask that you dispose of your trash in the provided receptacles.
- Load-in and out are to be completed within your booked time, there is no guarantee we can accommodate time extensions on the day of your rental but we do our best to accommodate special requests.

About International Waters
This versatile photo studio on Sunset Blvd in Echo Park spans 1,200 sq. ft. and features a 16' x 14' x 11' cyc wall, offering various shooting areas from clean white drywall to exposed brick with a New York loft feel. The studio’s 11' ceilings, polished concrete floors, and thoughtfully placed outlets—including eight on each side of the cyc wall, each on its own circuit—create an ideal setup for any shoot.
