PETS:
Pets are welcome in the studio. However, a $100 fee will apply for any stains caused by pets, including accidents.
CLIENTS/GUESTS:
Please ensure the number of guests matches the booking request. Any unpaid additional guests will incur a fine.
CLEANLINESS:
Eating on or around the furniture is strictly prohibited; food should be kept in the designated off-set area. Non-compliance will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.
DAMAGES:
Any damage to the space or walls will incur a replacement fee plus 50% of the item’s value. Charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
OVERTIME:
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Ensure the space is vacated and all items removed by the end of your reserved time. Please plan accordingly.

- Production insurance is not required.
- No moving furniture and decorations.
- No smoke machines allowed.
- Nudity is allowed.

About Industrial Loft Studio
Situated in the heart of the Arts District, this spacious west-facing loft on the 5th floor offers stunning views of downtown LA and is filled with natural light. From late afternoon to evening, the space is bathed in a beautiful golden glow.
Street parking is available nearby on Hewitt, Molino, Palmetto, and 5th streets, with an additional paid lot to the north and a parking garage just south of the building. Two entrances provide easy access to elevators leading directly to the 5th floor.
