Guest Count:
The number of guests attending must match the confirmed booking. Any additional guests beyond the agreed number will result in a fine.

Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages to the space, including walls or furnishings. Replacement costs plus 50% of the item's value will be charged to the credit card on file.

Overtime Policy:
Overtime is billed in half-hour increments. Guests must vacate the premises and remove all items brought into the space by the end of their reservation. Please plan your time accordingly.

All ages are welcome in the space.
Production insurance is required.
Furniture and decorations may be rearranged but must be returned to their original positions.
