Damages: Any damages to the space or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value, billed to the credit card on file.

Overtime: Overtime is billed in half-hour increments. Ensure the premises are vacated and all belongings removed by the end of the reservation to avoid extra charges. Plan your schedule accordingly.
