The space is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Your booking includes full access to all areas within the space, including all essentials.
Please try to arrive a bit earlier when booking our space, as parking can be tricky (you can park in the lot for $10) and it might take time to find our entrance. When your booking time ends, please make sure to wrap up on time to avoid additional overtime charges.

Parking Information
- The parking lot is located on S. Los Angeles St., Los Angeles, CA 90015, with all-day parking available for $10.
- Metered street parking is available on Main, Olympic, 11th, and Los Angeles streets.
Important Notes
- We are only responsible for what happens inside the studio.
- Bathrooms are shared with other spaces in the building.
- The elevator is a freight elevator. All doors must be closed for it to work. If it doesn’t operate, check that doors on the 2nd or 3rd floor are closed.
Overtime Policy
- Booking time includes setup and cleanup.
- Exceeding your booking time will incur a fee of 1.5x the hourly rate.
Accessibility
- For wheelchair access, notify the host in advance for assistance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
