Our flexible sound stage is perfect for all kinds of projects! So, if you need a living room, bedroom, therapist's office, doctor’s office, lawyer’s or CEO’s office, or even a setup for influencers, we’ve got you covered.
You’ll find one room dedicated to staging, makeup, and wardrobe, while the other is easily customizable to meet your needs. This is going to give you the creative freedom to use elements from different setups, so, if you're working on sitcoms, short films, or another type of content, you can create your own sets and locations!

About Third Door Productions
Our sound stage is perfect for any kind of projects! So, if you need a living room, bedroom, therapist's office, doctor’s office, lawyer’s or CEO’s office, or a setup for influencers, we’ve got you covered. It’s also great for talk shows, interviews, and podcasts, fitting 1 to 5 people plus an audience, with options for different backgrounds that work for documentaries as well. You can enjoy natural daylight or control the lighting with blackout curtains and our adjustable Aputure Amaran lights.
The studio has two rooms, one for staging, makeup, and wardrobe, and another that you can customize for any setup, allowing for changes in under 15 minutes. We provide all important gear like C stands, boom arms, and lighting equipment, plus plenty of coffee to keep you going. Parking is also very convenient, costing $10 for all day, right by the building, and you’ll also have access to a kitchenette for keeping food and drinks cold. If you’re new to filmmaking, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help!
