Host rules

SMOKING - No smoking in the building. We have designated outdoor space for smoking. In the event that there is smoking inside the facility, a $500 smoking fee will be added to the final bill.

FOOD & BEVERAGE - Outside catering and bartending service is allowed. We also work with preferred vendors for food & beverage catering, event rentals, furniture, additional A/V, and any other production needs.

STAFFING - Please inquire for details about staffing. Additional fees apply for labor, early load-in/load-out, catering options, rentals, special vendors and services as needed.

MUSIC - Loud music is ok.

SETUP TIME - All bookings include 1.5 hours setup + 1.5 hours teardown time.

FURNITURE - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it and guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.

SECURITY. Security is mandatory for all rentals and is provided exclusively by the Venue. The required number of security personnel will be determined based on the event type and guest count. Clients may hire additional security at their own expense; however, this will be supplemental to the Venue’s security team.
