About this space

The Ranch House is a 1200 Midcentury themed time capsule. Fully furnished and operational. It is perfect for photos, last minute bride touch ups, or just hanging out. It is included in the venue rental.

The yard is approximately one arce of flat grass, gravel, and decomposed granite perfectly configured to enable you to plan the perfect event.

The property is bordered by a wall leading to the perfect valet staging roundabout which is separated from the yard by another wall.

Host rules

A $2,000 non-refundable deposit will be required to lock a date.
We recommend paying the balance due at least 7 days prior to your event but will accept payment for balance due up to 72 hours before the day of your event. Access will be granted only upon receipt of full balance due.
Access will be granted in person at 8 am by the Venue Owner/Manager on the day of the event who will provide instructions/tutorials as needed to ensure the seamless use of all facets of the property by you and your vendors. One prior additional event planning meeting if needed will be provided with Venue Owner/Manager within 30 days of your event date.
We will also collect an additional refundable $1000 deposit for incidentals due when payment for full balance is made. Our goal is to fully refund the deposit at the end of your event and expect normal wear and tear, but trash left behind, damaged furniture, broken fixtures, etc. will be assessed at market rates to fix/correct and will be subtracted from the deposit. All vendors are required to remove trash from the property at their cost. The property should be delivered back to us at 11 pm on the day of the event free of trash and damages.
Items left on the property after your event will be kept in our lost and found for 30 days after which time the items will be donated.

About Worthe Ranch

Worthe Ranch is one of Los Angeles’ most unique outdoor-dominant private event venues; quite possibly the perfect canvas to build your special celebration around. Worthe Ranch is configured to work beautifully for a plethora of events including weddings, quinceañeras, bat/bar mitzvahs, and other private parties. We are the perfect economical option for those who want to throw a wonderful event without the headache, over the top cost, and hoopla associated with most Los Angeles venues.

The front of the property is bordered by walls with large commercial gates which provide exceptional access (even for semi trucks), security, privacy, and valet staging. Cars, food trucks, vendor equipment, and portable bathrooms will all fit comfortably along the 25’ wide gravel “loop” bordering the 10’ decomposed granite “track” and massive grass field. The 1,200 SF Ranch House on site is a part of the venue rental and is a fully furnished “set worthy” midcentury-themed time capsule perfect for photos, final pre-ceremony makeup touches/outfit changes, cooking, or just hanging out with a glass of whiskey.
