Our open-concept design and workshop studio set the stage for creativity to flow, and the dedicated lounge room is decked out with Wi-Fi, an AV setup, and a massive smart TV—perfect for big ideas, binge-watching, or even an impromptu karaoke session.

1️⃣ Booking & Timing:
⏳ Your rental time includes setup and breakdown—please plan accordingly.
🚪 Overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

2️⃣ Capacity & Guest Count:
👥 Guest count must be pre-approved—please notify us in advance if your group size changes.
🔞 Guests under 21 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

3️⃣ Cleaning & Trash Disposal:
🧼 Guests are responsible for basic cleanup after use.
🗑️ Please dispose of all trash in designated bins before leaving.

4️⃣ Respect the Space & Property:
🚫 No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the venue.
🔥 Open flames (candles, incense, etc.) are not allowed.
🎨 No confetti, glitter, or excessive decorations that may cause damage.

5️⃣ Noise & Music:
🔊 Music must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect neighbors.
⏰ Outdoor noise should be minimized after 12 AM.

6️⃣ Rooftop Access:
🏀 Pool and basketball court are available upon request—please follow all safety rules.
💦 No glass containers near the pool area.

7️⃣ Equipment & Furniture:
📦 Feel free to rearrange furniture, but please return everything to its original place.
⚠️ Any damage to furniture, walls, or equipment will be charged to the renter.

8️⃣ Parking:
🚗 Parking is available behind the building on Maple St—please use designated areas only.

9️⃣ Filming & Content Creation:
📸 Commercial filming must be disclosed in advance for proper permitting.
