About The Zumirez Four
The The Zumirez Four residence is just outside Paradise Cove in Malibu, with access to a private beach. The house has plenty of room for sleeping and play. Enjoy family time together - whether that is in the lounge around the big screen on movie night or playing in the garden with its play spaces and activities. There are plenty of large grassy spaces, along with the indoor hammock and fun space. There is a deck under the trees for meditation and yoga and hiking trails are easily accessible.
The house is safe and secure with 1 set of wide stairs and has a few steps inside the house - younger children may need extra help. The pool has a childproof cover and the area is gated. The driveway can store multiple cars. There is a creek at the bottom of the property that leads directly to the private beach. The house has plenty of room for sleeping and play.
