Host rules
1. No smoking inside the building.
2. Any damage to the building will incur additional charges.
3. Visitors may access the Curtiss Mansion & Gardens, excluding rooftops, staff offices, and the archive room.
4. Outdoor music must be turned off by 11 PM; parties can continue in the living room until midnight.
5. Load-in for events can start no earlier than 11 AM.
6. Load-out must be completed within 2 hours after the event ends.

The Curtiss Mansion, located at 500 Deer Run, stands as a historical landmark closely tied to aviation pioneer Glenn Hammond Curtiss. Constructed in 1925, it served as Curtiss's home until his death in 1930, and was the backdrop for many of his significant achievements and innovations.
Set on a beautifully landscaped triangular lot, the mansion is approached through Pueblo Revival gatehouses that complement its architectural style. A winding driveway, flanked by stately royal palms and leading to a free-form pond, enhances the grandeur of the mansion's entrance.
