Host rules
1. No smoking inside the building.
2. Any damage to the building will incur additional charges.
3. Visitors may access the Curtiss Mansion & Gardens, excluding rooftops, staff offices, and the archive room.
4. Outdoor music must be turned off by 11 PM; parties can continue in the living room until midnight.
5. Load-in for events can start no earlier than 11 AM.
6. Load-out must be completed within 2 hours after the event ends.
