The Set is a 4000 sq. ft. large open floor plan industrial style production space centrally located in Miami to the west of Wynwood.
To put it simply, The Set is the perfect fit for Photo, Film and television production professional.
Thanks to our woodshop and warehousing, our In-House Art Department is able to build and store numerous sets, as well as taking care of any prop fabrication, set decorating and production assistance needs.
And if you need any help with production or post production simply let us know, we have production professionals available for all your needs.
With 22-foot ceilings, a cyclorama, two private green rooms, hair & makeup stations, private parking lot, fully functioning kitchen, four bathrooms, with a mezzanine/loft overlooking the main shooting area.
Our 40' Cyclorama is one of the biggest in Miami. We have a Chroma Key / Green Studio and White Infinity Wall.
Not included in the square footage is a prop/set carpentry shop and 5000 square feet of prop/production storage, that includes studio elements, production flats, set pieces, furniture, backdrops, C-stands, combo stands, apple boxes and other basic production supplies.
