Host Your Event at Aether Room
Located in the heart of Wynwood, Aether Room is a private event space with a 100-person capacity, perfect for private parties, corporate events, production rentals, and photography shoots. Our 1,300-square-foot venue features a nightclub-grade sound system, DJ booth, intelligent lighting, disco ball system, dance floor, two bars with setups and coolers, unique seating for 25 guests, and an on-site manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Pricing is based on guest count and event timing, with a four-hour minimum rental and a $1,500 minimum on weekend evenings. Setup and breakdown time are not included, so plan accordingly when booking.
Weekend nights (Thursday–Saturday):
$300 per hour for up to 30 people
$400 per hour for up to 40 people
$500 per hour for up to 60 people
$600 per hour for 60–80 people
$700 per hour for 80–100 people
Daytime (before 6 PM) and weeknights (Sunday–Wednesday):
$200 per hour for up to 30 people
$300 per hour for up to 50 people
$400 per hour for up to 80 people
$500 per hour for up to 100 people
Additional costs include a $150 cleaning fee and required security at $25 per hour per guard (one guard for up to 50 guests, two for larger events).
You’re welcome to bring a caterer or your own food and drinks. If serving alcohol, our bartender must be hired at $50 per hour or $100 per hour for a mixologist. If you are interested in open bar option our catering partner offers premium open bar for $12.50 per person per hour, not including the bartender fee. DJs and live entertainment are welcome, or you can wirelessly connect a playlist to our sound system.
A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required, as well as event insurance for $105, which we can provide a link for.

Following is prohibited:
Serving or drinking alcohol during shoot
Serving or eating food during shoot (will result in additional cleaning fee of $100)
Parking in driveway, loading in/out through gated driveway
No bringing in outside ladders or using/climbing venue ladder
Smoking inside
No climbing on ladders or other structures
Pets, animals or small children
No Shooting Outside or hanging out in the street (front door must remain locked)
Possession sale or use of ILLEGAL DRUGS or any WEAPONS
No hanging anything on walls, fixtures, furniture or structures (including adhesive, tape, clue, nails, screws etc)
Drilling into or otherwise penetrating any part of the building structure
Removing or moving any wall-art, frames, or affixed wall/ceiling decor or lights
Touching disco ball or moving and/or unplugging any of the disco ball lights
Removing, moving, or touching any Smart Bulbs
Touching ,moving, or hanging anything on the curtains
Unplugging internet router, Hues Hub Router
Unplugging anything without asking a manager
Moving Sound System or any components.
Opening any cabinets, drawers, or closets or using anything that is inside cabinets, back-bar, hutch, drawers, or closets.
Moving the back-bar or hutch
Moving Piano, Purple Bed, Purple DJ Booth, Office Desk
Hanging any lights or fixtures from ceiling or pipes
No indoor drone photography/videography
Any pyrotechnics, explosives, gas, smoke, haze devices
Aerosol fog cans for effects
Any wetting or flooding of interior floors
Climbing or placing any objects on the loft (the ceiling is not finished)
No dragging furniture this will scratch floors
Leaving Front Door Unlocked at any time
No ticket sales, private use of venue only

About Aether Room
Our space is an energetic and vibrant room with 100 person capacity. Our unique production sets double as super cool seating areas for events, making this a one-of-a-kind venue complete with intelligent lighting, a disco ball, sound system, DJ booth, 2 bars, a dance floor, 2 bathrooms, staging props, and outdoor gated driveway.
EVENTS:
We charge by the hour based on the number of attendees with a 4-hour rental min and $1500 min on weekend evenings. Setup and breakdown are not included so we encourage you to consider how much time you need when booking.
Weekend nights (Thrs- Saturday)
$300 per hour for up to 30 people
$400 per hour for up to 40 people
$500 per hour for up to 50 people
$600 per hour for 60-80 people
$700 per hour for up to 80-100 people.
In addition to our rental fee, we charge a cleaning fee ($150), and we require one security per 50 people ($25 per hour). Guests may bring a caterer and their own entertainment. We will provide the bartender if there is alcohol for our bartender for $50 per hour.
PRODUCTION SHOOTS:
Weekday prices start at $80 p/hr and Weekend prices start at $100 p/hr for up to 4 guests. Extra charges p/hr are: $20 for 5-9 guests, $50 for 10-14 guests, $80 for 15-19 guests, $120 for 20-29 guests, $150 for 30-39 guests, $180 for 40-49 guests, and $220 for 50-59 guests, $260 for 60-79 guests, $300 for 80-100 guests.
Setup and breakdown should be included in rental time. In addition to our rental fee we charge a basic cleaning fee ($50), and we require one manager for bookings with more than 10 guests ($25 per hour). If you do wish to have food and drinks there is an additional fee of $100. Your rental comes with everything, except the piano, which is an add on of $150.
Finally, we require a refundable damage deposit for all events and production shoots which ranges from $300 to $1500 depending on the size of the event which is refundable provided there is no damage, and all policies are upheld.
