Studio B at Creative Studio

STUDIO RULES:
• NO STEPPING ON THE CURVE OF THE CYCLORAMA WALL AT ANY TIME!
• ONLY PEOPLE ON THE PRODUCTION LIST CAN BE INSIDE THE STUDIO.
• ALL STUDIO RENTAL EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED WITH CARE AND LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED OR ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY.
• ALL RENTAL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED ONLY BY THE PERSON ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT.
• MUSIC IS TO BE KEPT AT REASONABLE LEVELS (THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE AT WORK).
• PRODUCTION CREW MUST WEAR SHOE COVERS BEFORE STEPPING ON THE CYC-WALL.
• NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE CYC-WALL SPACE.
• NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE STUDIO. PROJECTS INVOLVING SMOKE MUST HAVE THE PRIOR CONSENT OF A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WHO IS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
• ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY FOR SPECIAL LOAD IN REQUESTS,
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY STUDIOS, LARGE GROUPS,
OR PRODUCTION CREWS EXCEEDING 12 PEOPLE (SEE RENTAL RULES BELOW).
Productions with scenography or large props NEED TO check with our studio coordinator before the date of rental - NO LARGE PROP will be allowed on the premises UNLESS previously discuss. If the scenography or props damage or scratch the cyclorama, a repair charge will be included.
BUILDING RULES:
• Outside catering is allowed
• No alcohol allowed after 8 pm
• No wandering in the showroom while part of the shoot.
• No un-authorized personal after-hours
ADDITIONAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS/RULES:
• 100% rental price required for all bookings. Booking won’t be guaranteed unless its paid in full.
• A credit card and ID will be needed at the beginning of the rental - as well as all signed documents of liability and responsibility.
• Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period.
• Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
