About Queen Dining Miami
Tucked inside the historic Paris Theater which has been meticulously restored on Washington Ave in South Beach, Queen breathes new life into the storied Art Deco landmark, embodying a wildly lavish and extravagant 21st-century Japanese-style grill that pays homage to its history of opulence and theatricality.
Executive Chef Mitchell Hesse, alongside celebrated Chef Julien Jouhannaud, who presided over Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and brings years of international experience as Mr. Hospitality’s newest Chief Culinary Officer, have designed a menu of modern grill classics with a Japanese twist.
Dishes range from small plates from the raw and marinated section to sushi platters and seafood towers. The Josper Charcoal Oven and the Robata Flame Grill will be the primary cooking method for the meats, seafood and vegetables on the menu, infusing the air with the smoky scents of grilling.
