About this space
Our unique space is available for visual productions or photoshoots with a vintage office look. The space retains many historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and panels. Furniture styles include MiMo, 60s-70s styles to contemporary. Space is limited to 20 guests. 4 hour minimum. Access via card key only.

Host rules
1. You may move easily movable furniture such as chairs. Please just be sure to move them back where you found them at the start of the reservation
2. The event time requested should include setup and cleanup time.
3. We request that Event Hosts do not publicly advertise mindwarehouse as the location of their event or send out event invitations until their Reservation Agreement has been signed and their Reservation Fee has been paid.
4. Event hosts are allowed to request changes to the event details from the time the reservation is made through 14 days prior to the reservation start time.
5. Events occurring outside normal business hours and/or serving alcohol will be required to retain private security. In most cases, Evening events serving alcohol will require security.
6. General liability Insurance is available with private insurers at an additional cost for groups who do not have their own insurance. Different options are available online listed under “event insurance” or “TULIP” insurance. The insurance should be a General Liability policy with limits of $1M/$2M.
7. Event hosts may bring 2 branded signs for their event on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. The signs will be displayed on the building entry door and at the lobby level elevator bank to remind guests of the event location.
8. mindwarehouse is smoke & tobacco free. Smoking and the use of tobacco products is prohibited on property.
9. No fog, smoke, or haze machines of any kind may be used.
10. Please note you may also use a caterer of your choice. However, when using a professional caterer you must request that they provide a copy of their insurance to us with the following listed verbatim under “additional insureds” on any insurance certificate they provide: mindwarehouse LLC, SHD 111 NE 1ST STREET LLC, & Federal Condominium Association, Inc. Food delivery services are exempt from this requirement.
11. No candles or open flame, deep fryers, and fryers are permitted.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
About mindwarehouse
mindwarehouse is a meeting & work space located in downtown Miami. We offer flexible meeting space and private office rentals by the hour or day for 1 to 50 guests. Private offices are also available for month to month lease. Membership is not required to use our space.
Rooms come with Wi-Fi and white boards. Options for TV monitors or projectors are also available in each space at no extra charge. Guests may also self cater meetings or use the vendor of their choice as we do not provide any food or beverages onsite.
Please note some of our spaces have limited access via card key as noted in their descriptions. Event hosts are given an access card at the start of the reservation so that they may control the guests who enter the space on the elevators. On weekends, all access is via card key since our building front doors are closed.
