About this space

Welcome to our unique Outdoor Event Space. We offer plenty of room for larger gatherings or events, and we're flexible with pricing. Unlike other venues, we don't have a big "Minimum Fee," making it perfect for any event, including birthdays, 15-16, anniversaries, weddings, holiday parties and corporate events.

Our outdoor kitchen features a BBQ gas grill, sink, food prep area, and full-size refrigerator for your use. Additionally, we have two restrooms, one for men and one for women.

In the pool area, there are two Tiki huts, one 12ft x 12ft and the other 30ft x 30ft. Both huts have lighting and electrical, and the larger Tiki has a Full L shaped Granite counter bar with a sink, mini-fridge, and bottle storage area. The Tiki also has four large oscillating fans, a TV sound system, and a professional Party speaker. The area is well-lit at night, but can also be dimmed for more intricate events.

Lastly, there's a parking area in the rear of the property that can accommodate up to 75 cars.

Host rules

We are in a ranch-style residential area in Miramar there is a noise ordinance so music and loud noise have to be kept at a normal decibel range for a party or event. Owners must maintain control of the volume of the music and if too loud it will be lowered. We do not allow minors to reserve without parents minimum renters age is 21. No underage drinking is permitted - if anyone is caught event may be canceled if there are more than a few kids drinking.

Paid admission parties or events "Open House Party" events must have a guest list and be close to actual guests attending. Guest count must be accurate, if the guest count grows more than 25% a month prior to rental extra hosting fees may apply. There will always be personnel or management on the property to enforce or assist with anything that comes up.

No advertisements with our company name or address are prohibited for events charging admission, the only permissible options are invitations and no flyers.

Hookahs are ok but require an additional security deposit. All decorations are welcome with the exception of any type of glitter confetti of any material allowed whatsoever. There is a cleaning fee of $250 if it is used on the property. No water balloons either.

There will be no loitering around neighboring properties we are on a private road and all guests must stay on the grounds at all times while in the neighborhood.

The Grand Oasis is a stunning property located in the Country Club Ranches Neighborhood, right off i-75 and FL Turnpike. Sprawling across 2.5 acres of lush greenery and over 100,000 square feet of well-manicured land, our property boasts an impressive list of amenities that is sure to leave you spellbound.

Step outside and soak up the tropical vibes under one of the two charming tiki huts, or take a dip in our stunning pool complete with waterfalls for a refreshing swim. Our full outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill and a full bar with two refrigerators offers the perfect spot to cook up a storm and whip up some delicious cocktails.

While the main house is not available for overnight lodging, we have made sure that there are plenty of options available for you to choose from. You can take your pick from the numerous hotels situated within a mile's radius, and enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy and luxury of the Grand Oasis, and the comfort and convenience of a nearby hotel.
