- No underage drinking.
- No taking alcoholic beverages outside the venue.
- No smoking inside (with a $400 filter change charge unless discussed prior).
- Present a valid alcohol-selling license if applicable.
- No parking in front of bay doors.
- A site representative and parking attendant from Black Box Media Miami are mandatory.
- Security guards provided by Black Box Media are required after every 50 people.
- A $600 incidental fee deposit is mandatory.
- Guests must leave on time; additional hours will be charged with no exceptions.
- No late pick-up from vendors unless discussed prior.
- Keep the event inside the venue; do not disturb other tenants.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
