• Glitter is not permitted on property in any capacity
• Rice cannot be thrown on property
• Any items thrown post ceremony must be approved by your Event Manager
• Any items left on property will be discarded
• Use of any property utensils or dishware is restricted
• No alcoholic beverages permitted outside of the event space
• All vendors must be compliant to come on property
• No decorations can puncture walls, ceilings, or other property material
• No Food or Drinks can be brought in by the Renter, their guests, or their vendors

o Food and drink trash not thrown away (if provided by the Renter) ($250)
o Food trays or containers left behind ($150)
o Excess of trash left on the floor ($150)
o Restrooms excessively dirty ($150)
o Glitter or sticky substances stuck to the floor ($200)

o Sound Ordinance Violation ($500)

o Damages (Security deposit held until cost of repair is determined)
