There also a rear yard deck with seating, firepit, hottub jacuzzi that can host small events, shoots, etc.
The house is also conveniently located 5-7 mins to MIA Airport, Wynwood, Midtown and Design District while also being a 10-15 minute ride to Downtown, Brickell, and Miami Beach.

Host rules
A. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the outside of the house. If any residue of smoke scent is present on the interior of the house. A large fee will be issued upon departure.
B. NO PARTIES. If you are planning an event please reach out with a full on detailed description to come to agreeable terms with ownership. If youre doing a shoot or artistic display of any sorts, body oils & glitter are prohibited, but paints, props, decorations are ok with owner approval. Nudity is allowed in a tasteful manner but pornography and sexual activity is prohibited. Do not overly blast music out of consideration for the neighborhood. Fees will incur if any of these rules are broken
C. If you decide to cook and use the kitchen appliances. Please clean up after yourself with the available cleaning supplies. Also if you fill the trash can during your time, please kindly take it out and place it in the green trash bin out front of the house. Recyclables go in the blue bin
D. The wine & spirits bar is available for guests under two conditions. 1. If a full bottle is consumed during your time, all is asked is that you replace it or reimburse the cost, new additions to the bar are always welcomed as well 2. Do not overly and excessively drink to where you become sick, be responsible and know your limits. Lets be real, no one wants throw up & barf all over the place
E. Please be extremely careful to not spill items if you are drinking while using the hottub jacuzzi. Soaps, bubble baths are not allowed in hottub as this can damage it. DO NOT SMOKE OR EAT in the hottub, if ash, glass, smoking materials of any sort and/or food remainings are found in the jacuzzi it will incur a large cleaning maintenance fee. Please place the cover lid back on top of it when done.
F. Children need to attended by an adult at all times for sake of safety, security, and potential property damage.
G. Pets may be considered with ownership approval but will only be allowed at the outdoor spaces.
