No smoking in the building. Outside catering and beverages are allowed. Use of any controlled substance is strictly prohibited and it's subjected to the instant cancellation of the rental regardless of time left.
Beer and wine are allowed but liquor is strictly prohibited.

Right in Downtown, just off Flagler Street, this venue sits inside the historic Alfred DuPont Building.

The space is 1,500 sq. ft. with two main entrances and a private staff entrance. Big windows bring in tons of natural light, or you can close the curtains for a more intimate setup. High-def projectors cover three walls, and the lighting is fully adjustable to match your event’s vibe.

There’s a lounge and bar area—perfect for cocktail receptions. Seating is available for up to 70 guests, with four cocktail tables, an L-shaped couch, and extra tables if needed. Restrooms are right outside.

An on-site manager makes sure everything runs smoothly. Ideal for meetings, brand activations, gallery openings, performances, workshops, and more.
