Damage done to the property will result in additional charges.

Alcohol is permitted on-site for service and consumption. The sale of alcohol is prohibited. Attendees are expected to always act in a professional and appropriate manner. Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.

Attendees will observe all non-smoking regulations that are publicly posted by the facilities used at the event.

Company reserves the right to request any person or group of people acting unruly and contrary to rental regulations to leave the premises. Assistance from law enforcement agencies may be acquired if this request is not met immediately.

No passageways, exits, defibrillators, or fire protection equipment may be blocked or obscured in any way. All facilities must be left in the condition in which they were found or better. No open flames.

No weapons of any kind are allowed on the 801 S. Marquette premises.
