Host rules

• No weapons or drugs.
• No extremely loud music.
• No pets (dogs, cats, etc.).
• No loitering or drinking in the parking lot.
• No smoking in the building.
• Set-up and take-down for events must be included in your booking.
• If the booking time exceeds the allotted time, there will be a $50 charge in addition to the fee for the extra time.
• Leaving without cleaning up will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
• Damage to the studio or equipment will result in additional charges.
• Guests must be outside the front gate after the booking is completed. Not being outside after the booking is complete will result in an extra fee for any time spent on the premises.
• Large events require hired security

PRIVATE EVENTS/PARTY RULES:
• All party-type events must end by 12:00 a.m.
• For private events, we charge a $100 cleaning fee if the space isn’t left clean.
• Alcohol cannot be sold at our location without an alcohol permit but can be provided for free as long as nobody is under 21.
• Those who do not comply with the rules will be asked to leave the premises.
