- Use of the Indoors of the House is Not Included; it requires a Separate Fee and Approval.
- Portable Bathrooms for all the spaces must be acquired by the renting party. The property is on septic and cannot handle use by service crews or guests.
- The property owners have designated two preferred vendors for valet and security, which are required for all events.
- Aside from valet and security, the property has no preferred vendor list.

The property is perfect for secluded getaways, wellness days, company retreats, weddings, and galas. The Farm features acres of lush greenery, long driveways, and canyon views.
