Loft in Flatiron occupies an entire floor located in the heart of the Flatiron District. We allow up to 120 guests with a minimum guest capacity of 40 guests. You may choose a 4-hour, or 5-hour rental and we allow for events until 2am.
An event manager, bartender, bar-back, and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. The venue also includes high speed Wi-Fi, 75” Samsung Frame TV, state of the art speaker system with a DJ setup, custom color changing up-lights, a pool table, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
We also allow vendors such as caterers, decorators, DJs, and up to 4 members of your party to come in for setup 60 minutes before the event start time at no additional cost.

Loft in Flatiron occupies an entire floor located in the heart of the Flatiron District. We allow up to 120 guests with a minimum guest capacity of 40 guests. You may choose a 4-hour, or 5-hour rental and we allow for events until 2am.
An event manager, bartender, bar-back, and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Complimentary use of our glassware, crystal drink dispenser, and ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. The venue also includes high speed Wi-Fi, 75” Samsung Frame TV, state of the art speaker system with a DJ setup, custom color changing up-lights, a pool table, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
We also allow vendors such as caterers, decorators, DJs, and up to 4 members of your party to come in for setup 60 minutes before the event start time at no additional cost.
