As you may need some time to get settled in and prepare for your meeting, please do allow for preparation time in your reservation.
When arriving at our center, you will see your booking on TV screens outside the meeting room. You will also see whether the room is booked immediately following your meeting. If it is, we ask that you be respectful to your peers and courteous in vacating the room in a timely manner. However, if the room is available, you may continue your meeting by advising the front desk of how much more time you need it. Please note that in this case, we will charge your credit card for the overage following your meeting.

Jay Suites Midtown East Office Space is a 50,000 square foot location and it occupies the 8th & 9th floors of class A, 42-story art deco Dumont Building, along with a Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor. Office suites offer sweeping panoramic views of the iconic Midtown skyline.

Located just south of Central Park, the district is filled with fine architecture iconic and sites such as Rockefeller Center, Carnegie Hall, and MoMA. Prime Midtown location in the heart of the Midtown East District, abutting the landmarked Lever House building on Park Avenue.
