About this space
Our ground-floor studio is now available for rent. It features a well-lit cyclorama with constant natural northern daylight coming in from a large gate, creating a perfect atmosphere for your projects. Additionally, the studio has a convenient ceiling grid for your lighting and equipment needs. Compact and versatile space that can accommodate a variety of projects.

No Smoking inside the studio.
No Alcohol.

Outside catering allowed.
Rental Time Includes Set-Up & Breakdown, so please consider when booking.
Music must stay at a certain volume level.
We love animals, just let us know at the time of booking & be sure to clean up after them
Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found
All equipment and furniture should be treated with care.
If included in your shots, please request a rental agreement. (furnitures in the space are for the most part custom made and have copyrights).
All equipment must be properly signed out when renting
Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
Keep the studio door closed at all times when coming in or exiting the space.
Please make sure the bathroom is clear from falling garbage on the floor and no clogging the bathroom's toilets.
Please request to studio manager if you are using the heater.
If the client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
1. Insurance Certificate Holder:
2. Certificate Holder Must be named as the Additional Insured and Loss Payee.
3. Certificate must clearly state the coverage limit specific of RENTAL EQUIPMENT and any deductibles.
4. Certificate confirms that rented equipment has IN-TRANSIT coverage and REPLACEMENT COST Valuation.
5. General Liability Insurance must be at least $1,000,000 and noted on certificate.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
It can be move upon request before the shoot day.
Furniture and the location has some areas that have a copyright therefor it can't be used onset unless prior arrangement with the studio manager.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Welcome to the Porter Studio! We are a start to finish creative production company with a compact photo / film studio.
The driveway is private and belongs to the studio - it can be used anytime to park your vehicle.
EQUIPMENT available upon request.
SET DESIGN available with our sister company on the same floor.
