Welcome to this bright and spacious 900 sq ft studio space in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This freshly opened space is perfect for your creative needs and campaigns, and completely self service. The space was made in mind for content creators and brands hoping to elevate their visions with a unique blend of vintage and modern furnishings and props. The studio was created by a content creator themselves, so they felt they understood the needs of others in the industry. We truly wish to provide a creative outlet for others :)

Host rules
• Please do NOT move the couch without contacting host first for assistance. It will scratch the floors and potentially ruin the delicate couch. If you wish to have something heavy moved, please message the host and we will help you arrange this. You may move other props and chairs around, however please leave them where you found them and move with care. Many items are vintage and delicate.
• No smoking permitted
• No food or drink permitted on the Ubald Terazza couch
• Please be careful of dark wash denim / sharp heels / dirty shoes on the couch.
• Music is permitted, but please be courteous of neighbors :)
• Please keep the space tidy when you are finished (cleaning fee of $50 if left otherwise)
• Lock the door when leaving, just tap the Yale button after closing door and it will lock
• No smoke machines allowed
• Nudity is allowed
• A small security camera is installed in the left corner of the space and turns on when motion is detected. We will NOT be watching your sessions or checking video footage, it is purely for settling disputes should they arise.
