About this space
Welcome to our 1,700 sqft sun-soaked industrial corner loft in Brooklyn, NY!
We are a creative, full-service photo/video studio specializing in editorial portraiture, product photography, and food photography. Our unique space features 12-ft ceilings, vintage wood flooring, exposed brick, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and bathroom, with plenty of photo and lighting equipment available.
Windows: Our loft has over 60 linear feet of 10 ft tall south and east-facing windows, providing gorgeous morning and afternoon light.
Kitchen: Our 198 sqft full, operational kitchen features two massive surfaces for shooting, prepping, and cooking. One custom-made granite slab table (6 ft x 3.5 ft) and a ceramic tile island with decorative inlay (11 ft x 5 ft). The cabinets are handcrafted cedar, matching the wood throughout the rest of the loft. The kitchen features a farmhouse sink, a built-in walnut butcher's block, and a full suite of kitchen tools (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.) for your use during the rental.
Bathroom: Our 100 sqft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy and wardrobe changes. Its tiling matches that of the kitchen, with exposed brick and natural lighting.
Other: Our studio features a vanity for hair and makeup needs, a vintage clothing rack, a Jiffy steamer, a scale storage table, and a lofted pillow fort overlooking the studio.
Grip equipment such as c-stands and V-flats come with your rental, and we also have lighting, photo, video, and audio equipment available for rent.
Accessibility: Studio is on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs. We can operate the building's freight elevator for productions, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk. Access to freight MUST be scheduled with host prior to booking.

Host rules
A studio associate will be on-site during your visit. We are happy to help you move in and out, assist you with equipment and backdrop needs, furniture moving, and are available for general help with the space.
We're happy to provide use of our painted backgrounds and seamless paper for your use! For seamless, you get one free pull per two hours booked.
Booking time includes load-in and load-out. Please plan accordingly.
No smoking inside the studio or anywhere in the building.
Please keep the entrance door to the studio close at all times.
No open flame and/or toxic materials.
Please be kind to the space. Much of our furniture and props are vintage and not replaceable. Please leave everything in the same condition you found it.
Please be respectful of our neighbors in the building, which is mixed-use commercial and residential. While the space is large, please be mindful of music volume and activity in the hallway.
Furniture and decorations may be moved. Please use two capable people to move furniture. Floors are from an old factory and scratch easily. Please be mindful.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
Access to the freight elevator MUST be scheduled with host prior to booking.
