This great and affordable photo studio is located in a commercial building on West 39th street on the 9th floor. We are walking distance from Port Authority and Times Square 42nd street with subway lines A, C, E, N, Q, R, S, W, 1, 2, 3, and 7 available.
Amenities: 11’ high ceilings, 3 large windows facing south (good for natural light), mini-fridge, vanity station, restroom located in the hallway, soundproof walls, clothing racks (2) with 30 hangers, Jeffery steamer, large mirror, lint roller, pro-gaff tape, 2 folding table
Equipment: capture station on wheels with a 27' iMac (Pre-installed with Lightroom, Photoshop & Capture One), color card checker, tether wires for DLSR camera, (2) pocket wizards set, (2) tripods, (4) newer S-400N strobe-lights, (2) Apple boxes, (2) XL clamps, (2) L clamps, (7) S clamps, (4) extension cords, (4) sand bags, (2) 8’ v-flats (black & white), (2) limo-studio umbrella 33’ black/silver, beauty dish 21’ with honeycomb grid and scrim, impact deluxe support system with metal chain (includes white, black & grey seamless paper).

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
Pets are allowed if we have been informed about it. Any damage inflicted by pets will be subject to a $50 fee.
We allow a maximum of 10 occupants free of charge. If you desire to have a greater amount of people, it will be an additional $25 per person.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use. Let us know if you will be renting any sound or lighting equipment beforehand.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
No smoking in the building.

Welcome to our new and affordable 700 sq ft. Photo-Studio. This multi-purpose creative space is perfect for headshots, lifestyle, portraits, products, fashion, album covers, casting calls, meetings, etc. The studio space offers lots of natural lighting thanks to our three large South facing windows but can be adjusted with our blackout blinds or studio lighting equipment.
