About this space
Our Industrial Studio is located in Queens at 89-19 32nd Ave, Flushing. The Studio is a perfect spot for any creative initiative, like a photo shoot. The space is very light, but if you need it, there are blackout blinds. For an additional fee, you can also rent lighting equipment. Stands are included.

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use. Let us know if you will be renting any sound or lighting equipment beforehand.

Nudity is allowed.

Joco Media is a boutique video production company based in NYC. If you are looking for a space for your photo shoot or recording, our studio is a perfect match. There is a small couch seating area as well as a desk area for working, in a natural light space. Stands included with rental. Lighting equipment is available for an additional fee.
