The studio is furnished with modern and stylish colored furniture, adding a touch of elegance and vibrancy to the space. Lush green plants breathe life into the room, while a dedicated table and mirror setup are available for makeup application.
We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess.
Whether for photography sessions or events, this studio offers a chic and functional environment for all occasions.

12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well.

Host rules
Please be up-front about how many people will be attending as we charge accordingly.
If the studio is left disorganized we will charge $200 extra so kindly leave the studio the way you found it!
Your SET UP and WRAP UP time is included within your booking hours, please book for enough hrs.
No smoking in the building.
No smoke bombs for any effects AT ALL.
Please do not be loud, if we get a notice from our neighbor or building management, you will have to leave the studio at once.
Do not leave any trash behind. (We have trash bins in the studio, let's use them)
Outside food is fine but again do not leave anything behind.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
