With over 1200 square feet of open loft space, a 24-foot wide cyclorama, and professional lighting equipment available for rent, this space is ideal for all types of photographers, videographers, and creatives.
Whether you are doing e-commerce, portraits, headshots, lifestyle, product photography, as well as videography, our studio will be sure to provide you with everything you need to create the final product you desire.
The studio has 12-foot ceilings, a private bathroom, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

The parking lot is for loading/unloading only. Parking in the lot is not allowed.
Your rental only includes the use of our studio space. Shooting anywhere else in the building is prohibited.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed.
No Smoking.
No Alcohol.
Production insurance may be required depending on the size and scale of your photoshoots.
Furniture and decorations may be moved, however, the studio manager must be asked before rearranging furniture.
If the furniture is to be moved around, please return it to its original location when you are done.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
