Capable of 4K DCP projection, this boutique theater is the perfect solution for indie filmmakers looking to screen their films professionally, without the hassle of renting out a large theater. Our JVC D-ILA 4K Reference Series Projector is accompanied by 5.1 Surround Sound Paradigm Cinema Speakers, and an Elite Screens 4K Drop-Down Projector Screen (73"x130" 150" D) to provide a truly cinematic experience.

Our two-tier, elevated leather couch seating allows for up to 9 viewers comfortably but can be adjusted as needed. So whether you're an industry professional screening a film for buyers or a cinephile looking for a much-needed escape from reality, contact us for a quote today!

Host rules

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use.
Let us know if you will be renting any sound or lighting equipment beforehand.
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
No outside lighting.
No stunts, no work with flames or extremely loud music.
The elevator weight load maxes out at 800lbs.
Please be respectful to our neighbors.
